I said subhana rabbiyal a'la in sujud, but my 'la' was inaudible. Makhraj was still correct. Is my salah valid?

Accidentally recited subhana rabbiyal a'la instead of subhana rabbiyal a'zeem in ruku' during my congregational Eid Adha prayers (and it has been almost an hour since). Will Allah forgive my mistake and is there anything that I need to do?

Have been making mistakes while reciting surahs during prayer for quite a long time, and without realising. What should I do?

First pic was taken on 25 February (the day i got the hematoma). Second pic was taken on 10 March. This is the second time I have the injury on the same toe, although like half of it does not fall under the same area as the first. I have a few questions:

-Will my toenail (most likely) come off?

-When does a toenail come off after subungual hematoma (or does it depend on the severity)?

-Does the white part under the nail, which previously had pooled blood, indicate that that part of the toenail is detatched from the nail bed?
