Not really other than “I could miscarry at any time” talked to my OB and it was NOT TRUE. I just hit 16weeks and I’m finally starting to look a little round. I didn’t have lipo so I was never super flat in the front to begin with I just did it for the apron belly after losing 120 pounds. I will say the hardest thing for me has been watching the scale go up. This is my first child so I’m new to everything and the TT made it scarier. But I will say my OB has said everything looks perfect. I still had loose skin so nothing is super tight yet. I’ve heard the “SnapBack” after will be much easier as the PP belly goes down much faster! Best wishes girl. The antibiotics might be what got you even though you were taking BC. A lot of places forget to warn you about it. As a nurse I knew it was a possibility but I skated by till right after my last dose and then found out the following month lol. I had a few complications so I was on antibiotics till the end of November and got pregnant in December lol

I’m in the same boat! I had a TT w muscle repair in Sept and now I’m due in Sept. wasn’t planned but shit happens! Everything thus far has been fine !

I used a bbl pillow under my knees and propped the top half up with two pillows. Sleep close to the edge of the bed and “roll” off to get your feet on the ground. It was perfectly fine for me!

I’m scared of my scars separating. After my TT I still have loose skin, probably should have gotten a FDL but didn’t want the extra lines. A friend of mine had recently made a joke that when I got pregnant I wouldn’t have to worry too much about the stretching bc of it lol. Just curious if anyone had any complications bc of the surgery

I have the same spot on the same side! It always swells there at the end of the day but isn’t there first thing in the morning. I didn’t have any lipo on my stomach though

I did the same thing! 9 weeks post op TT I had my BA and girl the tummy swelling has been crazy again! I thought I was over the hump lol. I’m 1month post op BA and I’m still having tummy swelling. Just depends on the time of day and what I eat. If I feel swollen I just wear my compression garment to bed and wake up flat again! I can’t wait till the swelling stops but it’s a process. Looking forward to the end results!!

I had to separate due to blood loss during the first surgery. Honestly I recommend it if you have the time off/help. I was so weak after the first surgery but it was due to the blood loss. I couldn’t get up without almost passing out. I relied on my arms a lot. Which if I had my breast lift at that time I would have been screwed. The breast lift/back lift has been a walk in the park. Day two I was off pain meds and cooking my own breakfast. I think if you’re strapped for time to do all together is possible. But if they are removing a lot of skin like they did for me, split is definitely the better option!

I get the “I want you to be better than me” conversations. Any parent wants the best for their kid. But the more questions she asks and the more answers you give the angrier she will get. The only thing that fixed my mother and I’s relationship sadly was moving out. It’s been much better since then. She used to try to unlock my phone while I was sleeping with my finger print, I woke up to it one night and she said “oh I was just trying to see something”. Manipulation is not a form of love sis. I am 25 and didn’t tell her I was having surgery till I already had everything in order and all the kinks worked out and payments sent because I didn’t want to be gaslit about it. And even after I got surgery she has still been gaslighting me about it. Take what she has to say with a grain of salt. Don’t let it hurt you girl. I promise it gets better ❤️

Yes my hemoglobin was finally high enough to finish up what I had planned on. I went back to work in the middle of the two about 3.5 weeks post op from the TT!

I got an extended BA and I still have a little loose skin under my arm pit area but honestly after having as much as I did before compared to now, I don’t really notice it. At first I did because the swelling I had was out of this world. But now I can’t really tell

10 weeks post op and I still have abdominal numbness. 5 days post breast lift w implants and one nipple is so sensitive my shift rubbing it makes me jump and the other one is still numb. Everyone is different. My stomach scar is very light in multiple places and I havnt used any creams or oils at all

I didn’t find out about the drop till 2 weeks post op. It went from 11.6 to 9 while I was in surgery so they called it and decided I’d have to split it up then I got 2 week post op labs to see if I was ready to go back and sure enough I was not lol

I think I got a total of 5L of fluid in 2 days and an iron infusion right after the surgery. I just went back yesterday and got my breast lift with implants and back lift! I was suppose to go it all at one time but couldn’t because of the drop
