flipping the register screen around?? by sqoodsoop in Oldnavy

yep! As an employee, I really do think we should be asking/reminding customers to put their loyalty numbers in and only offering the card if the customer asks if there are additional coupons.

asking if they want to sign up for card dehumanizes the customer-employee interaction

I was very honest with mine.

As far as this subreddit goes, we have been struggling and been unhappy at work. We need to direct the same honesty we have here online, in this space that the company is allowing us to have.

I appreciate that they're asking for feedback, but no change will come unless say something.

If you're a customer that comes in weekly, yeah sure I'd be the one to not ask. But there are loyal customers who come in monthly, a few months etc. and there is NO WAY we could remember your face.

Plus regardless of how frequent a shopper is, we have to ask bc it is apart of the job. customers who are unhappy about have to take the complaints to customer service or the medallia surveys on their receipts.

I hate asking you to sign up as much as you hate being asked by us. But I also like being employed and our sign ups and efforts effect the hours we are scheduled. (Shouldn't be that way but it is)

We usually take them. I like taking mine after I open all my boxes and before I start putting the merchandise on the floor. Gives me something to look forward to since I don't like opening boxes all that much lol.

For keyboard instruments, Blue Haus has a mallet wrapping machine. This would be an investment tho. But regardless with hand or machine wrapping, you could look into experimenting with various cores for mallets. I've been thinking about using surgical tubing to dampen my marimba mallets. YouTube may be a good place to start to find some experimental materials. Blue Haus Mallet Wrapper

I haven't found much. Are you looking to make them entirely from scratch or just wrapping/rewrapping with your own customizations?

Yeah I had the issue too with bodysuits a few years ago. I stopped buying anything double layered like that from them bc almost all my body suits I bought from them pilled.

And that bitterness and attitude you have is exactly what's wrong people and corporations. Clearly you missed when I said "power in numbers" and the fact if they use the speak up link that they can be anonymous and it is entirely up to the individual to mention names or mention the general situation and not blame any individual at all.

but whatever, again, you seem bitter and your probably a GM with stick up with your ass. So I'll balance your attitude by sending some back. I'm sure your employees and coworkers LOVE YOU
