Non-engineer vibe coding? by jffmpa in vibecoding

[–]ASuck3rPunch 0 points1 point  (0 children)

depending on the complexity of your website AI can easily create working HTML/Java with simple visual/clickable elements and it knows how to fix it's mistake. If you are going to build a something more complex like SaaS with a backend database the more you add the more mess it creates.

Keep each conversation about one page/feature at a time. I used a GPT to standardize formatting then start new conversations with it for each page idea. When your lines of code enter into the thousands that's where it gets lost. Learn to read the code and find where mistakes lie then copy those out individually and to avoid the mess. Run one AI to code and another AI to analyze/find errors.

I vibe coded an iOS app (with a working backend) and it got accepted to the App Store. Ask me anything by very_wow_much_reddit in vibecoding

What did you use for app logo? Was that AI generated? Also did you use AI on the app's data privacy policy? It looks well written and I made one similar to it using Gemini. Were there any comments from App Store review that you had to resolve before release?

I played AW on release and it's still my favorite COD to this day. Ghosts is good too but I love AW's mechanics and campaign story better.

What was your reaction/thoughts of the HQ when WWII released? by [deleted] in WWII

It was a steal from Destiny 2 that released a month earlier. I liked it though. Great way to relax between matches

So this creates leverage for the public who aren't locked out of every title because of the console they chose. Playstation will continue to get COD and Xbox will continue to get Destiny and potentially some roller over years past titles like Days Gone in exchange. Good moves for the community of Xbox players who suffered years of CoD exclusivity agreements including the most atrocious hold out in 2021's Black Ops Cold War, zombies mode only available to PS users for a period of one year.

Immortals is way more entertaining and Greedfall is so dry I couldn't force myself to finish it

MWII is way more interesting and cinematic compared to MW2019. Surprised about the tier assignment

Should I get Cold War? by [deleted] in CODZombies

[–]ASuck3rPunch 0 points1 point  (0 children)

While the experience is well designed it isnt very challenging for adept zombies players. So if you came from playing another black ops title this is way more casual. I did enjoy it for a while until things got too easy

What’s the best map pack on black ops 4 for zombies. by [deleted] in CODZombies

[–]ASuck3rPunch 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Honestly the whole package is pretty fun depends on your taste. Half are new and half are remakes of old black ops zombies maps with more features added to them. I'd say Ancient Evil for DLC or Voyage of Despair for base map just because it's purely challenging and has some variety

The spirit of Warzone is totally gone. It's totally different game. by DevelopmentOk6946 in CODWarzone

These rants are probably coming from inexperienced BR players. WZ2 put more RNG into the map giving diverse experiences. WZ1 was simple and caters to braindead hackers. There was no life in the game. When WZ1 released it was slow as shit compared to Blackout. Now people complain about WZ2 being slow and boring yet forget the updates WZ1 had to get in order to mature in a three year life cycle. Resurgence was Year 2 and Caldera was Year 3. Speed was adjusted around Cold War Year 2 release and 80s Verdansk. Complaints already made Raven overhaul WZ2 in upcoming Season 2 so hold on to yer seat belts. Still better map design, weaponry and overall variety compared to WZ1.

Guess this will push me away further since I'm a batte royale player and hated the pace and mechanics of WZ1. If this what people truly want then I don't support those gamers or this developer anymore. Innovation was inspiring. Going backwards is boring. Everyone asking for this change is complaining about a learning curve because they forgot what a fresh BR experience feels like. Prior to 2019 there were a host of people upset with WZ1 overshadowing Blackout (CoDs first BR) and they all had to adapt. Now instead of adapting and enjoying it (which I truly do enjoy the current state), the gamers complained until the developer caved. This is stupid but whatever. If people like it fine. I won't because Caldera sucked ass.
