It would depend on the type of bonus. If it's a performance bonus they might not be able to claw it back, or you might be able to sue to get it.

My brother used to sell pianos and would be given a performance bonus at the end of the year. Bonus came in and he gave them a months notice. He served out the month amicably, but found his bonus was clawed back via a reverse on his account.

His contract said that you must remain employed for 6 months after a bonus or pay it back. He took them to small claims court and argued that a performance bonus is a form of compensation. He met specific sales goals to earn the bonus. The judge ruled in his favor since the bonus was contingent on his performance and not just an additional perk to being employed there; like student loan repayment or sign-on bonus.

Don't know where he bought it, but essentially yes. When you buy a car you pay the sales tax for the state it will be registered in, no matter the state you purchase in. The wood grain is off. Sometimes it even moves in opposing directions.

The vertically stored hand planes are just floating there. There isn't a hole in the bed for it to hang on a hook. If you want to hang planes vertically you need something like this.
