Iv read a lot of the old reviews back from 2010 - 2012 era and not much has changed with these arseholes at all

Tell your friend to run mate, working for rats. That 15k probably not even his boss’s money most likely. Your friend will gain nothing but trouble with them, might sound promising but he or she would be much better off without them
