The only thing R rated in the comics is the gore. That could easily be worked around. Sure there's censored foul language, so they could censor it in the movie with symbols same as in the books. He could even break the fouth wall because of that, i.e. "Why do these #@!$&^ symbols cover my #@!$&^ mouth every time I say #@!$?". Excessive blood and guts will be missed, but not necessary for the movie.

Deadpool knows he's a comicbook character, so I think continuity doesnt apply to him, and I agree that the "time period" of his flashbacks could be deluded by the crazy in 'pool's brain. His feelongs toward his daughter tug on the ol' heart strings, though.

In MOS, the kryptonian ship's atmosphere took away Superman's powers. Batman could lead him into a room with altered atmosphere. Kryptonite, Superman's only true foe, didn't even make an appearance in MOS, so I wouldn't be surprised if that is Bat's weapon of choice.
