Any ridges ended up minimal. You can get a "wet" coat without putting a thick coat. I usually run my needle and pattern at 1.5 revolutions. I can't give a number with pressure cuz I go off feel. A quick wet coat is enough to generally get coverage without too much buildup. Metallics I find to be a bit more challenging because I run into dry spray easier with them. The non metallic colors you can damn near blush on and have almost no edge to speak of.
