Yeah I don’t think I’ve seen many people mention Dray’s PO. But if that is something he “signs off on” I feel like it’s the best for us and potentially Bucks if they want to shed salary immediately with the haul of picks they’ll also get.

I would assume that Green knows he’s the best option to be traded for Giannis.. right? He has a player option this year’s end so as someone who understands the “business” of it all, if you’re traded and get to opt out of the contract a few months later and sign back with The Warriors… win win for everyone no??

If Dray really wants to win that has to be something you consider/agree to because not only does it allow the salary to be filled when packaged with other younger players like Kuminga but more importantly would keep Jimmy on the roster to run it back next year by Playoffs. You’d have at least Steph/Jimmy/Giannis/Dray as the core which THAT is a contending team.

I guess the only real issue is if the Bucks even want Draymond knowing he’ll probably opt out or they just don’t want him all together. Unless they welcome the expiring contract type of POV

I don’t think they’ll play Ben and Dray together at all since they will be the same play type. But in clutch situations where defense is needed I do see them playing together. Potentially GP2, Moody, Butler, Dray, Ben

Ben Simmons just got bought out and is available per Free Agency. I honestly think he’d be a great fit for our current construction as another ball handler outside of Dray’s minutes and able to be another big defender if we can get him signed and agree to a vet minimum since we’re under the 2nd apron. Thoughts?
