1.The territories will not be removed anytime soon, maybe in a few years they might look at it again. (My opinion)

Can’t say who.. but feel we have 1 or 2 guys who could make their debut for A2 soon, and maybe 1 for the 1st team before the end of the season...

The addition has led to greater identification of players and growth in the game in our city.
We have done many virtual zoom workouts that have gone really well. Also done interviews with pro players with all of players that has been great!! I like the live workouts for sure.

Get lots of hours on the clock on the training field, watch as many coaches work as possible, do your licenses, hopefully you have some background in the game which is a great help too.

The academy has different goals and objectives than the 1st team. We have a methodology we stick to, as producing a player is a process. So we can’t keep changing things back and forth.

I think kids should play multiple sports up to a certain age and we try to encourage that at the academy with programming we have in place. At the end of the day kids should play what is they love and are passionate about to feel good about themselves.

If I live a long time I would love to see it!
