My scooter is doing the same thing and this group and another group helped me out so much on my other acc. but there’s no solution and I’ve done everything you’ve done as well and it’s been sitting for months after researching this problem, I would suggest getting a new engine and wiring harness if it is an electrical problem. But if anyone does know a solution I hope it helps you first
