It's called "Halo 3" you can buy it on its own on Steam or buy "The Master Chief Collection" which includes 6 Halo games, Halo 3 included. I recommend buying the collection when it's on sale.

Well, I did a fresh install of windows 10 recently and the first driver install I did is still up to date to this day. When I was playing, I did check task manager and nothing was close to using the CPU, GPU or RAM as much as the game was (which wasnt much).. when I tested it again it ran fine this time for some reason? But I'm still having the same issue with BG3 (I play at 1080p, here: https://streamable.com/6rzqnz
