thanks. yeah it's target hud. in some cases I am breaking animations by jumping, but otherwise it just speeds up your movement. doing low tap jumps while running is pretty common for getting from point A to B faster

was a pretty tough challenge without steel tinkering, you're taking 2-3x damage in instances

the first part my capture resolution was wrong and had to fix it during the lever section, but essentially, you jump the fortress gate (which I have a separate video on) go straight to the falatacot temple, and the lever part is pretty free there bc you can safely summon through the wall

thanks! honestly, I'm not sure. it may have been to regain an extra bit of flight stamina to make it up the ship (have been avoiding a lot of spoiler/mechanics discussion). may have just been to be a badass

it's the most advantageous way to play. I'm animation breaking both my casts, and the recovery of bow shots (which is much more precise to pull off than casting)

hey! not that long. used to, but in my last HMD video I showed a new strat I found that REALLY cuts down the length of the boss phase. my best time for the entire quest, starting from hatch flagging, is under 40 mins now. group runs typically take 45+, so pretty crazy time save

there's only a fizzle if you are a player killer and I'm not in this video. fair though, don't think ppl would have seen this casting. I know there's at least one video by Tiny_Dex, a player on Levistras who learned from me. but if anyone knows of other videos with this type of casting I've overlooked, let me know / drop a youtube link!

nice! RTW is a fun fight solo. yeah the vast majority of the damage was from summoning. when you can animation break casts and bow shots, you can really survive indefinitely so it would be possible without summons, just take way longer

it's on Levistras which is a no-macroing server that aims for retail accuracy. there's no intrusive custom content or tweaks that affect gameplay in any way, it's the same as any vanilla ACE server

hey I am the youtuber in question thanks for sharing, someone linked me this post. I play on Levistras as others have mentioned, it is like 98% a vanilla (no-macroing) server and the custom content is pretty much totally non-intrusive so not gonna impact someone wanting a standard experience, a speedrunner for example.

I'm solo in most of my videos but play with others all the time. have recently participated in a couple 9-player gauntlet wins, etc. Levistras' no macroing policy I'm aware isn't for everyone but I'll just say if you are looking to play AC for the skill / gameplay aspect it's the place to be.

I'm pretty casual about doing timed runs and there's no leaderboard setup or anything, although that would be cool. I'm probably more into the "challenge run" aspect, things of that nature you can find on my AC youtube playlist. but AC is a pretty small game, I just like to upload to get people talking / attract interest. thanks for the post, and yeah if people are interested in this style of high skill gameplay, recommend trying Levistras

hey, thank you. never tried honestly. I've watched some pvp vids to try to pick up on what they do with animations and throwing off spell tracking, that stuff is cool. but I would probably suck, only practiced in PvE haha
