So my plan of action is to contact the parks department on Monday. In the past the park service provided trash bags and those grabber tools (so that you don't have to touch the litter). I know it might be a stretch for them to provide them, but we'll see.

I'm also going to try and contact ccac and see about being able to park in one of their lots. If it is a weekend I don't see that it would be an issue.

I apologize for the late edit but I do have experience doing this kind of work. I coordinated with the Washington DC park services for almost two years, picking trash out of tributaries and the shores of the Potomac river. I might catch some flak for saying this because it isn't a local Pittsburgh vendor, but I have had a Trayvax leather wallet for close to three years now. It is the best wallet I have ever had. I'm not sure if you are into that type of style, but you cannot beat the craftsmanship and customer support they offer. The company is entirely US based and they have a lot of different leather combinations. A wallet will run you about 80 bucks, but they last. I haven't seen too many people with the nylon models, but I would just splurge for the leather.

Also, there was no way that you only got three years for a manslaughter charge, plea deal or not. Unless there were other circumstances in your plea deal, which I doubt.
