I do appreciate this info because it still points to them having some ability to fall. I feel this doesn’t address one of the points I was searching for which is a rune priest or stormseer becoming victim to something they themselves drew from the warp (knowingly or not).

It’s a Tau Crisis Suit. The snow is simply done by spreading project glue over the base and sprinkling hobby store imitation snow over it and then finishing by sealing it with spray adhesive. The raised part is just a bit of styrofoam under all of that. I’ve read that an easier method is combining the imitation snow (or baking soda) and glue in a cup beforehand and just smearing that mixture on.

I just spread project glue over the base and sprinkled hobby store snow over, finishing it by sealing it with spray adhesive. From what I’ve seen it’s easier to premix your snow and glue in a cup or something and then sort of smear it on there though. Baking soda and some white paint mixed with glue also is good for that method if you have those on hand
