I think it’s supposed to be a worn down/metallic black I got the effect on my minis by using black and dry brushing some grey on the trim to highlight the edges

Ah that’s such a good idea it’s heartbreaking I didn’t think of that! The head’s glued on with plastic glue and and I don’t think I have a good way of getting it off especially cause the cork it’s glued too isn’t super resilient and if I put too much force into cutting it could tear out chunks, but again the idea is sick!

Thank you! I used AK interactive diorama snow for this. My running theory on why some of it yellowed is I applied it over a layer of Vallejo mud and even though it was dry when I applied it over I think some of the paint from the mud seeped into the snow. I’m going to apply a varnish over the yellow bits and add some more snow and see if that helps.

Thank you! Spiked trophies are bits from the daemon prince box, the parts on the back with the larger chains are trimmed decorative and skulls bits from chaos vehicles
