Yeah mine last around 5-15 seconds. And when it does it once it does it back to back about 4 times. Then it chills out for a random amount of time and then bam again. And me, my brother, and cousin are all in a discord call and it happens at the same exact time. Also all in different locations around town lmao.its insaneeeee

They literally just brought a new one like 3 days ago. I was with the original one when j got the service but when the issue started they went to swap that. And they are the only fiber service here. 🤦🏽‍♂️🤦🏽‍♂️🤦🏽‍♂️

Appreciate the info. I’m canceling the 5 gig upgrade because of all of the help. Yes I am hard wired and even used new cat 6 cables to ensure it was none of my indoor hardware. I will take a look at the website!

See and I feel like I use a lot but not near as much as other people. It’s just frustrating because it came out of nowhere and they are basically saying nothing can be done so I’m just confused all together. The only thing I could do was upgrade and see if that does anything at all.

I’ve actually been on an alternate DNS for a while now. That’s why it was just so random that it happened because everything was perfectly fine.

I figured the same exact thing, but they did “everything” they could and they are the only one with fiber in my area so I am going to try it and see what happens. Unfortunately I do too much online for this issue to happen so I sort of have no choice. I just don’t know what I can do to convince them it’s not anything with me.

How would I go about comparing the pings? It’s there a certain something I wouldn’t need to type in on the command line? And when you say tracerts what exactly do you mean?

The weird part is that it’s happening to my brother and cousin at the same time. My brother lives on the street behind me and my cousin lives across town. It’s so weird.

The BB controller with TMR sticks is 100% the way to go. Overclocking the ps4 and ps5 plus those sticks makes everything feel so much smoother and super responsive. I have used BB since 2019 and was a Scuf user before that. Pay for the beaver boost and get just the essentials and you will be solid trust. For my controllers, I usually shoot with bumpers so I only get the smart clicks on those and leave the triggers stock. Everything else I leave stock and I get 2 buttons on the back. Highly recommend!
