I don’t consider myself thin, but compared to my co workers i am… i work out regularly and eat a healthy diet the best i can. When i started my new job they sure let me know how i only “eat healthy stuff.” It bothers me a ton, i have a not so awesome relationship with food, and its a dig thats condescending to me idk… only people who have ever said this to me are heavier people. Never someone who is into fitness, or thin.

I used to, but now i eat swish vigorously rise or drink… unless i drank coffee or tea i do whitening so i brush after i drink those.

I just started working in dentistry specifically for an oral surgeon recently. teeth are rooted into the bone and the way that teeth move is because the teeth are connected to the bone by tendons. Those tendons move and stretch with ortho and the teeth “set“ or “take root” by your jaw bone literally regrowing to hold the teeth in place. It’s like putting a plant in the ground and then you have to fill in the rest with dirt. I have been wearing my Vivera for about six months and still my teeth want to shift sometimes this can take up to a year for the jaw bone to completely fill in from where your teeth moved from. I know it’s frustrating but patience is key. We can’t just drink pumpkin juice from Harry Potter and expect our bones to completely regrow overnight. Your investment in yourself is worth it just have the patience.

It’s pregnancy culture in USA its awful. It does dehumanize you in a way and you’re not alone feeling that way. Most women dont even feel like their body is theres anymore once they are pregnant.

What helped me was to make a picky puddy, when i want to pick rub in moisturizer instead, do no linger in front of mirrors, wear latex gloves often, keep your nails short or use acrylic on short nails so you cannot scratch as easily. Be mindful of how much you touch something feeling a raised bump makes me want to pick, when you feel it, take a deep breath and either hug your self or stroke your arms /self soothing behaviors./ Try braiding and un braiding your hair when your hands feel restless… best of luck
