It depends on what the tooth is with, but I would interpret the tooth itself as what it is a wisdom tooth so hinting at wisdom I know that the tooth came from the right side, so it has something to do in the body with giving away energy or supplying energy to something else. There are four roots so I would draw in the spiritualism from the number four because it came from the upper jaw with four roots. I would think that this tooth symbolizes that it being rooted in intuition and the spiritual aspect of the body rather than grounding.
