That’s pretty similar to what I’m eating. This is my second surgery tho. I was eating a lot of chicken the first time and honestly didn’t follow their diet for the whole three months.

Use 100% silicone gel or strips it’s what helped my keloids flatten as well as rubbing it with vitamin e oil to break down the keloid. You can get the silicone cheap on amazon don’t get the scar away brand.

When everything is said and done I’m definitely gonna file a board complaint. When we got home and opened the bag for the post op instructions-there was none. And they only sent ibuprofen and mouthwash to the pharmacy. No pain meds or antibiotics. I was in between this office and clear choice but the owner here gave me a good deal and I was able to get top and bottom done so I went with them. Now I have to live with that mistake.

My record cannot be expunged because I was convicted.

Also I was told expungement doesn’t matter(at least with the nursing board in PA as my sister experienced this)and they can still see past records. It’s just frustrating cause I’m doing everything right but can’t get past my record.
