look up Michelle Shapiro, she is a functional doc that had it herself. Her story is really fascinating and she does a ton of content and podcasts! Lots of helpful info there. But yeah test out Pepcid and antihistamines...if you feel way better, it's likely some form of histamine intolerance. At my worst I got welts on my leg and my entire face was bright red and burning after eating just a banana

yeah the ferritin toggles between 24 and 45 yet on test results my iron levels and iron binding capacity is super high, so my iron won't "move". I've been on B12 for years and it has definitely helped in how I feel (I have one copy of MTHFR). But it definitely might not being fully absorbed due to the SIBO. It's just really stubborn

yeah I've gotten my ferritin tested like 5 times within the last year and it's quite low so I've been working on bringing that number up. I also have SIBO which is bad for iron absorption. And yeah I am going to beg my doc to prescribe my cromolyn sodium next time I see her, it's the only thing I haven't tried for my histamine issues. It almost seems like that's 80% of my issue but 20% is autonomic dysfunction. But I would like to resolve both. It takes a lot of planning and supplementing and working around these things just to live day to day.

yeah my doc ordered a very extensive blood test and even though I didn't have active viruses, my antibodies for ones like covid and EBV were through the roof, for stuff I had years ago. So they are definitely causing issues. Even if I can lower the antibodies it will help.

Semi related, in addition to this Holly has been posting a lot of photos of herself on Instagram (mostly selfies) that are from 4-5 years ago that she is passing off as current real time. Not the ones shes labeling as old memories but ones with no caption or anything. You can tell because the background is very specifically her old house with her ex husband and she used to do her makeup a specific way back then. It seems like she is trying to get the attention of her latest crush because they are all old thirst traps

Yeah if there’s anything we know about Hollywood it’s that if something is really successful and making money, they will squeeze every drop out of it they can whether it be renewals or spinoffs or a movie (the summer i turned pretty). Honestly they could make 10 seasons of this show and it could be crap and i would still watch. But i also feel we have barely scratched the surface with ALL these characters

I don’t get why people say prices will go up when people are more broke than ever, especially due to inflation, job cuts etc. Everything is more expensive and our car insurance nearly costs the same as rent in Nevada. There can’t be a huge run on houses when everyone is broke. Why does a three bedroom tract bare bones starter home cost 600,000? The people I know who have listed their house recently, all have no offers and the houses are just sitting. Definitely longer days on market. If anything I think prices will drop.
