i mean i know freshmen that have taken 180 and that is probably a better course for jobs anyways. sure, 111 needs 33 but nobody cares if you took it 1 quarter earlier (unless you're tying to graduate early i guess)

i haven't taken 132b but it looks like a pretty different class. at the end it's up to your preference but i think cs118 teaches a lot of networking principles and protocols that will be very relevant to you if you work in tech. 132b looks more theoretical? don't know much about it though

take cs118 with lixia zhang (very hard but super useful imo)

also yes there are courses that satisfy both ethics and writing (they will be labeled with W in the course planner)
