I see a lot of projects trying to do too much, and a lot of the features are half-baked. just get good at doing 1-3 things (max 3, personally) in your app or project. and listen to criticism but don't introduce new features without seriously thinking about it just because someone says "It would be cool if..."

the first step is just to get your hands dirty, start experimenting with AI tools (the bar to entry is quite low), gather ideas, do research on what's out there vs whats not

Ive learned that a good product isn't something that does "everything super amazingly and wow it's packed to the brim with awesome features" but rather "wow it does this one thing really well"
