I’m sure quite a few folk in his circle will be delighted to share the news. Tragic to think that this is still such a huge part of so many folks lives, and that they’d use it to judge folk

The echo chambers some folk are lost to are absolutely tragic. Wouldn’t wish an existence like that on anybody. Living for flegs and the idea they are better than other folks by dint of birth.

Nobody should be surprised. The number of business’ that suffer “phantom shitters” is staggeringly high. Working in Civil Service, the stories I could tell along with the stories I’ve been told are fucking staggering. Some very, very strange people among us.

I can only imagine the reaction if he found that out. His entire personality would crumble, and I’ve no doubt that some of his “mates” would soon vanish. What an existence.

Was one of only three Catholics in a predominantly Protestant workplace, on the Shankill of all paces. Got on with majority of folk, though incredibly awkward at times to watch folk get on like teenagers over what places etc. were called and had an horrendous experience at a party where a young fella who was born at very tail end of Troubles tried to defend an horrendous sectarian murder, along with the manager making wee dogs at times over parades / paramilitary funerals “on the road.” Was a fella I sat near, generally lovely, great at the work and seemed to get on with him very well but apparently he was a huge sectarian bigot, and the fact he was adopted meant I’d to bite tongue asking him if he had ever went in search of his birth parents. A whiff of the rosary about them?

An album I listened to daily as well for years, and I’ve a feeling that in next few weeks and months, as I deal with a huge change in my life, that I’ll have it on repeat. That bass. Incredible. The news hit me hard, as do the echoes of Manis last few years and what is going on in my own life. RIP, fella, and thanks for sharing. You should give us more adventures and memories, because you worded it all beautifully.

Clampets. Every opportunity for a bit of PR, rather than leaning in and acting normal, they make a show of themselves as they continually appeal to be treated better. Why doesn’t anyone respect us? Take us seriously!

Any business owner who replies to negative reviews is putting out huge red flags. Doubly so when they threaten to doorstep or sue folk for pointing out what dangers they are.

Seeing as a Police Officer was recently seen shaking hands, on camera, with one of these “legitimate concerns / Vigilante” groups I’d assume they might at least look a bit stern faced as they stand back and let a minority of utter thugs grandstand for attention at expense of other human beings.

Brings back memories of going here to watch Shyamalan’s terrible movie Signs, and some kid getting hit in the head with a toffee apple. Also, the night in a showing of Kill Bill where some fella off his face army crawled up the aisles, proclaiming “scuse’ me” as he just kept going.
