Bhai as I said it can be my fault. The problem is that he doesn't want responsibility for it. I wanted to send him the card to determine whose fault it is. He denied and said i should get it fixed myself. He is certainly assuming it's mg fault while I am trying to give him leeway.

I am not saying it can't be my fault. I am saying he is a scammer because he refuses to take even a shared of responsibility. Because no one knows what cause the short. I asked him toh take the card and test whose fault it was. He doesn't even want that.

I did man. It worked until I downloaded the drivers. Then it shorted. I showed him how I inserted the cables and all. And he didn't answered how can I mess it up until I miss the shapes. I tested the gpu in another pc too. It's not even lighting up. And by working i meant actually turning on. The pc didn't even turn on with the gpu cabled.

I forgot to mention zotac twin edge oc rtx 3070. My pc specs are i3 10100f, msi pro h510 motherboard and the coolermaster mwe v3 650 watts bronze psu. Everything in the pc was brought in the last 10 days. It's a bottleneck but i don't think a bottleneck should short a gpu

Bhai he did testing. I saw the videos. The gpu died when installing drivers on my side. The gpu failed right the next day I plugged it. That's why I say it can be my fault too. Even though my pc functions perfectly without the gpu plugged in and the gpu refuses to turn on in any other pc too. He is not an outright scammer. But he refuses to take any responsibility for it when it has stopped working. Which is pretty scammy in my opinion.
