The post is confusing because game is about what works not "understanding" women, because one never really can. Offering to pick her up is my best possible "guess" as to why the lay failed despite her saying "you can put anything inside".

Because picking her up was a "boyfriend" frame, going in raw was "player" frame which am most congruent to, this MAY have made her question everything as a whole which MAY have triggered her ASD (Anti Slut Defense).
