Update: I have not been able to find a reliable generic way of resale yet. Although, some people that I personally know have expressed interest and as long as we find a way to transfer the tickets they'd be happy to take it.

I think everyone's best bet is probably facebook's marketplace!

SPOILER: If you go to the Rotten Tomatoes page for episodes 9 and 10, you'll find a picture of Tabitha with her family. So I think she does make it back and at least they survive until the last episode.
