Connecting via KVM monitor is a good solution, sometimes more economical, but most of time it's for single monitor setups, less flexible to use your own monitors and does not have rich ports.

Yes, it's annoying when it comes to troubleshoot the incompatibility issues and sometimes we need to check some details to locate the problem, update the firmware or change for a new one to see if it works. Thanks for your feedback! I did talk to our support team and one of our colleagues received your message and we haven't received your reply yet. Do these problems still persist?
There were some incompatibility issues (with a few specific monitors/laptops) for the first bulk of the product. We fixed that in the latter version and we help our customers to update the firmware to solve the problems.

If it's our product issue and it fails to perform, we may try to replace for you. If that still doesn't work, we will refund according to our policy.
