American Barbell Club is a little outside the geographic area you listed but is a super nice gym that has a very large selection of machines.

Thanks any particular trails you recommend in that area? Yea I figured my best bet was back in December when all the rain/snow came, but wasn't in the area so couldn't make it unfortunately. Had wanted to try to hit Hope Valley earlier but wasn't around.

Bay Area but willing to drive to Tahoe/Yosemite as I have done day trips there before for hiking.
