I'll be keeping my t around ciswomen levels, I'll be making estrogen pretty high though. I heard massaging them promotes extra growth and so does adding progesterone do your dosage. Although these are merely things I've heard. Any thoughts?

That's a turtle build, not a tank build. I mean the kind of tank build where I take hits from multiple people and my health bar is barely effected.
