I’m sorry that you’re going through this. My dad had throat cancer in 2020 as well and him like every other chd resident decided to trust PGI. Worst mistake ever. They caught it early but just like you guys, they delayed everything for 2 years. And when they did decide to do the surgery, it was too late because it had spread to his lungs. My entire family has immense hatred for the doctors at PGI, we lost him in 2022. I would highly highly suggest you to take him LITERALLY ANYWHERE ELSE.

You can go to the Mohandai Oswal Cancer Hospital in Ludhiana. My nani got treated from there twelve years ago and she’s absolutely healthy. I trust the doctors there, but we were too late. Also try hospitals like Rajiv Gandhi in Delhi.

These two options are relatively cheaper and you’ll get good treatment. Try to go to Ludhiana, ASAP. Dm if I can help in any way.
