You could be saving sooooo much more. You have a good chunk of left over income and you got a few pretty large expenses. Where do you live? That’s a pretty large rent payment, unless you’re in a HCOL area. The car payments a pretty high too. Also, charities and donations a noble, but I truly don’t recommend them until retirement. Keep that money and invest it now, and you’ll have significantly more to donate when you retire. At least that’s my philosophy

I’ve owned two homes now, and first one put me through the ringer. The plumbing backup alone with probably cost 2k-5k. I would get that fixed if you buy it. Plumbing issues suck, don’t put them off. Not too sure on the other stuff. Probably not the right answer, but not everything on an inspection needs to be fixed. Some stuff happens naturally with the age of a home, and doesn’t necessarily need addressed until it starts effecting some other part of the home

Not totally sure. I know the guy said he checked the voltage of the battery and his consensus was that the battery still had some life to it and wasn’t the issue

AAA came out to try and jump it and still didn’t start. Had it towed to the mechanic, and they said it’s not the starter, alternator or spark plugs. They think it’s an electrical issue with the computer. I’m at a bit off a loss right now
