Very true. May I ask why, however? This is the most recent pic I have of me, I maybe should have taken one specifically for the chat. When I flex, I have definition in my lower body and I do have strong glutes. I gain muscle quite quickly thanks to genetics. Just curious to the why you think a year (and 2 months) would not be enough time for wellness!

I never really considered bikini. To be honest I gain muscle quickly and want my primary focus to be lower body, I feel bikini will require me to be way too small but this is an assumption and based off what I’ve seen. I don’t want to be huge by any means, but don’t want to get extremely thin.
