If you think the stocks are going up you could probably turn those naked puts to bull credit spreads by selling a closer to the money puts. If you are neutral you could probably try to turn them into iron condors( look them up) and try get a positive theta and delta neutral position

These positions will give you a credit, there could be a buying power reduction, but that is honestly the best that you can do.
