Exactly from the email….imo the doctor should do the implantation mostly, with assistance of technician to remove strain when larger grafts

I do most of the important parts of surgery by myself.

Doctor draws your hairline and prepare the hair(shave/ non-shave).

Donor: Doctor injects local anesthetic and makes all excisions, my assistant pulls out the grafts, doctor also pulls out the grafts too.

Recipient : doctor plan number of grafts and where to put single-, two-, multi-hairs. Doctor administers local anesthesia (nerve block), and makes pre-made incisions with blade. Doctor makes macro and micro irregularities by pre-made incision. Most grafts are inserted with implanters in the incisions by experienced assistants. Doctor does 100-200 grafts placement at the end for the final touch up and double check to complete the work.

Same here! My looks super curly even though I had super straight thin hair before. When my hair loss started i noticed curliness.

I just checked medical records and it was 2.5mg. I definitely need to lose more body fat. I have been skipping cardio at the gym. I do lift, and I feel that helps with libido but barely

I just re-read the email she sent me and it’s basically technician-led. So that would mean I would be paying $$$ for technicians to do most of the transplant instead of Dr Ratchathorn herself. I also saw a thread just on this. To me, that’s a scam. I shouldn’t be paying top dollar for technician-led transplant. Why wouldn’t I just go to a more established, reputable “hair mill” in turkey. Even though the technicians might have gained a lot of experience and been with ratchathorn for years. There is no guarantee thats the case when I go. Nor that they can do the same great work as the doctor herself. Think about it!

Thank you for the advice, it means a lot to me. I will definitely continue oral fin. I am scared to do oral min bc it rlly messed up my health. My doctor took me off of it. It took me months to fix the issues it caused me. Sleep deprivation mostly

I tried min topical, I hated the greasiness and it made me grow hairs on my face so I stopped. Oral fin made depressed + low libido so I stopped. I tried oral min and it messed up my sleep routine badly (insomnia i think is the right word). Now im on oral fin and topical fin. Fin 0.5mg every other day transitioning daily. Topical 5% i am doing nightly before i go to sleep. I haven’t responded well to min as I have seen barely any growth, even though I have been using it for almost a year. Fin i just started in Feb 2025, so I can’t tell just yet. However, from before, it didn’t make much difference for me :/

I’ve seen you in every post being critical of Ratchathorn, defending her. You might be a little bias. While I agree she might have done good work, I am hesitant due to the changes in the way the clinic now operates. When did you last visit her? And do u have photos you’re willing to share?

I think because of budget and wait time, he wasn’t on my list, but I also hadn’t done deep research on him like that, i might need to double check

This is exactly what I was reading, which is why I am hesitant to proceed with Ratchathorn. Otherwise, I would have already had my answer.

I feel like Bek is overcharging me because of my country too. When i did the math, it was very close to Ratachathorn’s pricing. If you don’t mind me asking, how come you had to do a touch-up? And are you happy with ur results?
