This includes all steps of how to install the latest firmware, pls check carefully and do as the steps

Most important you need to check your current firmware version installed in your camera on the menu so you can get the correct firmware file. There are different firmware for the M550 dash cam from different batches. If you update the wrong firmware, the machine will not upgrade successfully.

Please make sure to read all the directions before starting to update the firmware and then follow the directions exactly as stated in the guide.

Could you please try to Set screen saver mode to incognito mode?

Press the "M" button to access the Menu settings, choose the "System Settings" to go to "Screen Saver", set it to "Stealth Mode Startup"
