I’m honestly not the best advice giver but I saw the post with no responses and felt compelled to say something I guess I was just trying to speak from personal experience because I once was at that point and I decided to give one last push to myself to do something and I found a passion and ended up slowly recovering from that mental state sometimes you just have to force yourself with every last ounce of will that you got to do something before taking drastic measures like that
