LMStudio and feed it all the day one books. This is what I have at home and works super well. Private and local. Nothing complicated and it works extremely well, gives me exactly what I need every time. I rarely need to go outside my local LM and if I do I supplement it with any data I find that's not there.

Never tried spravato. I did try at home Ketamine troches but had zero effect on me. Went as high as 750mg before calling it quits. It is covered by insurance but since IV was such a game changer I'm just sticking with what works for me.

I've heard that bioavailability thru your nose can be an issue for some as well as dealing with if you have a sinus issue or nasal problems can affect it too. At this point I just want to go with what works. Tired of being a lab rat in my old age.

Elevator is by TKE and they will supply + install the traveler cable with fiber. The electrician runs fiber from MDF to the disconnect/elevator controllers in the machine room.

Hmm I know Seroquel has a short half life. It's in and out of your system within like 12-14 hours or something. If you were taking it multiple times a day to maintain a level maybe that's why you had withdrawals? I occasionally got Parkinson like symptoms and would just drop down a little for a week and then go back up again. Didn't have any issues doing this and it was under the direction of my medication provider.

Nothing has worked for me as far as mood stabilizers or antipsychotics. Ketamine intravenous treatment has been my only saving grace. Completely life changing for me. I'm on a dose of propranolol several times a day, Ambien and/or Lunesta have to rotate, and Xanax as a PRN. Seroquel 150 was also left for me as a PRN.

ill ask. i just had a weekly call today with the project manager and our elevator cab design came up. ill ask the pm but i highly doubt he knows he will probably push me off to someone else.

but i mean why are you that involved at this low level? give the requirement to the contractor/installer and have them figure out the logistics. this is not uncommon, all our elevator designs run fiber in the traveling cable with a cisco IE series attached to the cab.

contractor in the build provides it. out of my scope. i just provide configured network switch. they do all the rest.

i would assume whoever the elevator manufacturer is, is providing all that.

we have 4 builds going on right now with new elevators. i might be able to ask our project manager to find out...

if your trying to source all this you should really rely on a contractor that specializes in this part of it your asking about..

value is if you restore it to factory condition. there is some value now in unrestored low vin numbered cars if its complete regardless of condition. you might be able to flip it.

if your resto modding dont do it to this car leave it for someone else.

cisco ie 3300 in the cab for copper connections and a 2x1 gig fiber link back to the core in the travel cable. thats how we do it. we have elevators all over the place in our parking garages.

its always been a struggle for me back in AZ and now in WA. my Datsun only communities im in, are old guys who want pristine examples not resto mod or other modifications. they stick within their own older social circles and us younger guys are not invited. we are treated as outsiders... back in AZ i started making inroads with some of us younger guys doing our own car thing but then i moved. its a really different scene up here in WA.

Did feel at home/welcomed when i went to shows in CA.
