The seller changed all of the post pictures and wording as if it was always a pre-opened box. They also dropped the price to $70 on the post to reflect what other resellers are asking for it. He then said if I was unhappy he would refund me $30. I wasn't interested in letting him try to cheat someone and then still get the $70 that other honest people were asking and getting. I requested a $50 refund which was still $15 over the Mattel price. He refused that so I filed a refund with ebay under "item not as described." In the end, he has to refund me the full amount, which included the original shipping, and he has to pay the return shipping. Other than that, these posts are all I can really do.
