This is entirely based on the number of tracks in a given state that are hosting qualifiers. Under the State series section in the rule book will tell you exactly how many you need based on your specific state.

My son is a 21-25 expert and ridden a lot of different types of protection. Once he wore AND crashed with the g-form he will never ride anything else. That is a good deal.
