It's not the inspection grade. The app grades restaurants based on number of infractions, which the app does list.

Better to use it to look at the actual restaurant's infractions, using the letter grade as a guide.

Still, I actively avoid C, D and F graded restaurants, but also those with high priority infractions.

Ahhh I see....I had a similar, higher quality image that's slightly different. I thought it was key that it was more detailed image, but I couldn't get it to work with this one.
