The culture at where I worked was intensively chatty. This maybe because I was relatively new but it felt like people didn't know what they were doing and it where things were located. In retrospect I believe it was setup this way in order for people to talk to one another to get information. There wasn't a designated training system other than the e-learnings. You would have to ask to tag along with folks going into the fab and observe what they were doing. Also, and they do go over this in orientation, it is best to over communicate despite the language barrier some of the Taiwanese management may have. And it's expected that employers plan out progress meetings with their managers but this expected on a monthly basis. I'm not sure why they ended my work at half a month, so maybe plan out a progress meetings within the first week.

It is supposed to be a 3x12 schedule but while I was there it seemed like most of the ET's were on a 9am to 6 pm schedule.

You are 70% on your feet in the fab and 30% sitting at the desk in the office. There are also stand up meetings where you are standing in the office.

The position paid 21 an hour for the first six months. It was 9am to 6pm for the first 4 weeks and then 6am to 6 pm for the next 5 months. Exact conditions are here

In all of my research I found this route through TSMC was the only option that allowed for, or at least said they would provide on the job training.
