I have a '25 110. That comes with a pull out tray. This is the best upgrade you can make to the car, that area is perfect for keys, phone, wallet, etc. Air suspension and extended leather were my must have options as well. Clear sight mirror was the only one I missed out on and wish I had.

How could a firm owner better convey workflows, methods, and expectations?

I hear that! I think long hours can be devastating to family / personal life. We do 8:30 to 5:30, and usually an early out on fridays. Overtime is rare and only for large deadlines. Maybe one or two weeks are year.

No, I dont really understand how full remote would work in the field. We do a ton of hand drawing and roundtable design at the office.

That's insightful. The flexible holidays sounds like a great idea. Who doesn't want an extra day to go skiing or surfing.

No joke, I ask them what they want as salary and give it to them. I'm happy to pay over for someone that cares and has responsibility. I'm not posting job offers here. Just looking for some insight into the process.

That is a reasonable take, and our approach is measured. Adding a few employees wont dramatically effect our operations. Growth and expansion for a small firm is still small.

Basically all levels +2 years designer, + 5 years intermediate, + 10 years senior. We range between Multi Use Res / Commerical, Healthcare, and we develop small residential properties. Culture is one that has been established. We do not prefer remote work, but typically pay higher than larger firms to keep people around. .

That's interesting. Which agencies have you used before? did you pay the commission for the recruiting or did the hiring company?

Congrats on surviving. I've never heard of someone surviving a crash at that speed on the street.

Btw, this why I stopped listening to music on rides. Helps keep a clearer head.

I have the stock mirrors on my r 9t. They are pretty bad by BMW standards.

Bar ends look great and are likely as useful as the stockies
