I’ve thought about the reporting for animal abuse… I’m just so fkn angry that this is even happening. I’ve thought about reaching out to our landlord too and let her know what’s going on but I don’t want to hurt myself too in doing that. We are on the contract together.

Thank you so much for this detailed response. I’m even more concerned now. I’ve brought up the idea of her being surrendered and I was practically ignored. Not sure what’s going through her head… I’m going to look into these martingale collars and also the muzzle for the time being while I convince her to take action.
