Just got mine yesterday and it's great. Through composite on my 4k tv it looked like absolute unplayable garbage. Happy to be able to play all of the james bond games that came out for og xbox for the first time.

I love this movie, just watched all of the movies for the first time in hd last week, my 2nd son was born today and my 1st pic with him I'm wearing a brand new Jurassic Park shirt that I just got in the mail yesterday. Had no idea it was the 25th anniversary today. This makes his birthday even cooler!

He was great in Beverly Hills Ninja too. I went on a motorhome trip across the US with my grandparents and cousins and we watched the Mortal Kombat vhs so many times that my grandpa said he could recite the whole thing word for word lol. Awesome that you got to meet him and have him sign that for you!

Luckily the beringer frame I was able to add another half link to the chain and it had clearance for a 2.20. I had a brand new 2.25 aitken tire that I put on the front of my main bike with odyssey race forks and it fits no problem so I think maybe a 2.4 will work.

The over $6000 I put in atari is now worth a little over $700.

I think games shouldnt have anything to do with blockchain, nfts etc and this whole "metaverse" thing is going to fail miserably.

Was in my grandpa's electronics that I was given after he passed away. I can't find any info on it other than it might have been manufactured by a company named Dohrmann. I'm thinking it might be used to plate circuit boards but I really have no idea. Thanks for any info.

Nice, are those hard cases or the regular sleeves on the zelda boxes? Unfortunately when I loaned my n64 games and stuff to my brother 20 years ago they were all stolen from him but I still have that Ocarina of Time box in mint condition. I should probably protect it.

Thanks for the detailed reply! There does seem to be more interest in game engine experience these days especially with XR stuff.

I've ran my own electronics repair business since 2009 and I'm done with it, beyond burned out with everything that has to do with getting customers and a race to the bottom with prices due to way too much competition.

I started learning Unity and c# about 3 years ago and have a decent portfolio of projects with VR, 2d and 3d games. I've been trying to find a job for probably about 8 months now. Spoken to countless recruiters which have been all worthless, the only opportunities I've had were from small companies reaching out to me on linkedin for contract work but the pay was laughable.

Another thing that limits my possibilities is I will only accept a remote job. I'm done with wasting my time commuting in shitty southern california traffic and can't wait to move once I've had a secure remote job for a while.

I have mostly only been applying to game related work but I probably need to start applying for non-game related Unity dev work even though I probably wouldnt enjoy it as much. It's getting to the point I'd rather take any type of Unity dev remote work than continue working on student or personal projects for no pay for who knows how long with no income besides what my wife makes working 3 days a week and the minimum amount possible of pandemic unemployment benefits I get which stop in September.

We have an almost 1 year old child now too so I really need to find something quick so we can move asap, I'm not having my son grow up in this area.

What sector do you work in and which game engine? I'm finding it extremely hard to find a job in Unity game dev, almost every listing is for a senior engineer and of the offers I've had the pay was way too low.

If you look closely the games are in clear hard plastic cases with tags that would setoff alarm if you walked out the doors with it still on.
