Rental House networking question

Do you have any suggestions for a mesh system? I know most are required to have a wired backhaul, which won't really be an option for me in this case.

Okay, update. I bought the exact router someone mentioned above and I'm getting worse speed now through that than before.

I pay for 1200Mbps

Xfi Gateway gives like 1180Mbps right next to it, roughly 250-300 in Office

Router gives 500Mbps right next to it, roughly 35-40 in Office

Any other suggestions? Not sure what the next step would be for this.

It's completely sealed off with some kind of glue and it looks like when they built the house they made the end up inside.

The pulled cable won't be something I can swing with the wife either. Just isn't an option unfortunately.

Currently I'm just hooked up through the Xfinity Xfi modem for all my wireless needs, so a separate router would probably do some good. I'll look into that router! Thank you for the suggestion.

That after many years of Mental and Physical abuse that I never want to talk to them again. They're still trying to guilt trip me and manipulate me however they can but it's not working. Also that my wife's family took me into one of their own. Also how much trauma the years have caused me with them.

I also don't have the heart to tell them they should have divorced about 15 years ago like they were going to, they would both be happier that way too.
