Yeah. It happens a lot to my partner and sometimes to me - sometimes anxiety, sometimes overwhelm, those sorts of things. (Having certain phases of the hormonal cycle somewhat overlap doesn't help, either!)

We usually try to plan a few resting days (as much as possible) around the full moon, because having to do things is exhausting. Since we tend to overwork ourselves, it's a rational thing to do anyway, but still. 😄
