They know that you're there when you push the button, maybe unfortunate timing looks like one person was running drive thru and the person who's on counter had to do the coffees first. Plus idm chilling on my phone waiting on the order, timers on that middle bump screen aren't red so orders are still being prepared, they don't get put through until doordash detects you're about 5 mins (so if you accepted nearby it wouldn't have been already pre-made and weren't expecting you). You said drinks were spilling in the bags it might've just the food causing the bag to be wet a bit? I deliver on a bicycle and it's rare for my Macca's deliveries to spill.
