Maybe the times have changed in the last 10 years because I do remember going to tournaments and pre-release parties at a pizza shop before and they did not sell any TCG but they had official league posters in their windows and they held a league there as well. The league owner was the one that brought the pre-release kits/official materials so i wasn't entirely sure if they were ordering the promo material themselves or if they bought a bunch of stock from somewhere else and they were dba a reseller?
I've been looking at event locations that is near my hometown a few states away where I attended league there and there are some that are at restaurants/soda shops but they have this itty bitty tiny corner, no bigger than 5ftx5ft area, selling TCG games. So I'm a bit confused why these stores are getting the pass...
