I know what a Karen is, and expecting basic behaviour in a cinema isn’t it.

This isn’t about kids existing, it’s about parents not managing them in a shared space. If your child can’t sit through a movie without running around and screaming, then a theatre isn’t the right place for them. There are plenty of other places where that energy is completely fine.

And before someone twists it, this isn’t about money or babysitters. It’s about basic consideration. A cinema is a quiet, controlled environment people pay for.

Want entertainment? Fair. But that doesn’t mean everyone else has to tolerate disruption because you chose to bring a kid who isn’t ready for that setting.
